- Introduction:
Shugoryuu Karate dojo (“the Dojo”) is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for the practice of Shugoryuu Karate. The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all members, visitors, and guests of the Dojo. By participating in any activities at the Dojo, you agree to these Terms. - Membership:
a. Membership in The Shugoryuu Dojo is open to individuals of all ages and skill levels who have an interest in learning and practicing Karate.
b. Membership fees are due on a monthly basis and will be charged automatically to the member’s designated payment method.
c. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information.
d. Members must adhere to The Shugoryuu Dojo’s code of conduct at all times. - Classes and Schedule
a. The Shugoryuu Dojo offers a variety of classes for all skill levels and ages.
b. The class schedule is subject to change, and members will be notified of any changes in advance. c. Members are responsible for arriving on time and dressed appropriately for class.
d. Visitors and guests are welcome to attend a class with prior approval from The Shugoryuu Dojo. - Safety:
a. The Shugoryuu Dojo is dedicated to providing a safe environment for the practice of Karate.
b. Members are responsible for their own safety and must use proper techniques and equipment at all times.
c. If a member is injured, they must inform the instructor immediately. - Code of Conduct:
a. Members are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members, instructors, and guests.
b. The use of drugs or alcohol is prohibited on the Dojo’s premises.
c. Any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated. - Refunds and Cancellations:
a. Membership fees are non-refundable.
b. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to The Shugoryuu Dojo.
c. The Shugoryuu Karate Dojo reserves the right to terminate a member’s membership at any time for violation of these Terms or The Dojo’s code of conduct. - Liability:
a. The Shugoryuu Karate Dojo is not liable for any injury or damage sustained by members or guests while on the the Shugoryuu Karate Dojo’s premises.
b. Members and guests participate in the Shugoryuu Karate Dojo’s activities at their own risk. - Changes to the Terms:
a. The Shugoryuu Karate Dojo reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
b. Members will be notified of any changes to these Terms in a timely manner.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be modified by the Shugoryuu Karate Dojo. the Shugoryuu Karate Dojo reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions with or without notice to the members. By joining the Shugoryuu Karate dojo you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any future modifications.
